Hello BP folks! I am new to the NJ area but not to real estate. I have experience in SFH and multi family rentals, Rehabbing as well as construction management (built a few homes). That being said, I'm looking to get my business off the ground here and would love to work with a mentor who can help or even a seasoned rehabber looking to partner up on a deal or two.
