For me personally my focus last year was mostly on new construction and we aquired very little in that year.

Is it worth it to purse this particular certification or should I just focus on REI?

My wife and I both worked for nearly a decade for a commercial property company focused on leasing and sales in the retail sector so personal real estate investing was always a path we knew we would pursue having seen first hand the wealth real estate can generate. 

I'm not saying they're aren't snakes in any profession but i am saying myself and the lenders i work with are some pretty awesome folks who focus on getting the deal through so you as an investor can make money and hopefully use us again on your next project.

Hello all,I have for the most part focused on rental properties but would like to now move into flipping, particularly rehabbing and subsequently reselling properties, as the return is faster than rental properties.
