I finished school when I was 16 and now, I'm 17 years old and I'm making 36,000 a year from my w2 job, I know there's not much I could do as of right now but what should I do to set me up so when I turn 18 I can start my investing Journey.

I am the custodian (no 3rd party custodian) and beneficiary of both entities and can invest from either as I choose.

For those out of state who want to invest in Baltimore , do yourself a favor research the area well , put your own eyes on it , run your numbers , then run them again . 

Trying to navigate the potential of investing out of state (plus the fact that I’ve not yet purchased investment property).  

I just purchased my first investment duplex at the beginning of this month.

The two lenders I contacted through the "Find a Lender" option never called me back, so I am looking for a local and relatively small credit union or bank I can talk to about taking out a HELOC so I can invest fairly soon.Any recommendations?
