Not sure what kind of auction you are attending like a court house step one, estate or online, but maybe I can give a little help by what I have done. 

Hi im taking a online real estate course.My question is for other real estate agents, do i need to know and remember everything thats in the course to becone a good agent, i feel as long as i have sales skill,ill be good selling a house and showing it to potential buyers and negotiating.

Before we decided to buy, I did a lot of research online about homes within our budget, and then we drove around those areas. 

The forms are fairly simple and can be done online (scanned/mailed).

Using marketing online (which isn't even all that expensive) you can gain easy traction into turning those leads into flips or wholesale deals.

- Are they able to be online during the hours you would like them to be?

Your agent schedules the inspection for 4-7 days, but the initial walk-thru is to verify condition and keep you from paying $500 for an inspection if there is a fatal flaw with the property...all identified by an experienced agent with construction experience.You should be doing a de-brief after the walk-thru and building a preliminary scope of work to estimate your renovation or repair costs. 

Had a VP of a local bank that does these loans and he said he would go online and look at reservations on the vacation rentals.  

I can afford a sizable down payment on a home and have a great credit score.The reviews online are mostly negative with a few positive mixed in.
