Nothing crazy.. 5-6 days past the 1st of the month.However, this month (it's the 12th) he has still yet to pay despite my numerous calls / texts to him. 

This would almost be an entirely different post because the possibilities would be numerous.  

I can't speak from experience but there are numerous forums and YouTube videos of real estate investors talking about Property Management.

@Wayne Brooks - yeah, I think it's common for HOAs to be suspect of Airbnb and leery about the traffic they could bring in, but we are trying to change those perceptions.

An update for anyone who visits this thread randomly:  Our GC, who has worked with the city numerous times, was able to submit questions regarding permits to a city official via email.  

Too many REI fall victim to the emotional glamour properties and rationalize those as better...in spite of bad numbers.It's all about the numers...with $$$ in front...and "+" in front of that.Rationalization is the most expensive word in the REI dictionary.

As he points out in the article the EMH is only a half-truth anyway because the math implicit in it makes numerous simplifying assumptions, many of which are simply not true in the real world.  

I hope to change that perception.  

Once they find BP, they just seem to think they are the first to ask, or they just expect that those of us who know have nothing better to do than repeat that which has been posted numerous times already, or they are just plain lazy. 

Police were called numerous times by the neighbors in the past, and their stance was that I cannot take any action against them because they want victims of domestic violence to be able to call police without fear of eviction.
