Had properties with depreciation of 15 years accelerated under Reagan, then 27.5 years after that, so I had properties with depreciation accounts of various lengths over the years.In recent years, on one occasion told me I can charge off items that I was thought I could depreciate, and several years ago, installed new AC's and he charged off 50% the 1st year and the rest over 5 years.

Usually when the estate is probated an inventory is included to list all items in the estate being probated.That said, what Audrey said is good stuff.

I'll add that I'm none too pleased to hear that BoA will start implementing a $5/month fee if you use your DEBIT card to purchase items at a store.Hopefully, they change their minds about doing that, but if they don't I might have to switch to another bank.I still might pick up some of their stock though......

I need a program that will easily allow me to switch from my (mac) laptop to my iPhone, or to my iPad, and I want real-time updates to share with others involved with the project, preferably with push-alerts.Projects are primarily renovations with fairly long-term timelines and hardfast deadlines, but there are some items that can be done more "at leisure" or which are one time one-and-done type items.
