I can click everywhere else and navigate but with those 2 nothing happens.

According the New Mexico State Bar a landlord must:Supply running water, a reasonable amount of hot water and reasonable heat in the dwelling unit at all times.I assume that means making sure the plumbing, hot water, and heater are in working order and not that a landlord must pay gas and water, right?

This isn't super difficult if the property is right beside the football stadium or a bunch of bars.

Also BR eateries and bars might be a bit more stable than FS.  

Most of the attendees found us here on BP and the event is posted under the Events tab under “Pints & Properties” but it’s not the easiest part of the site to navigate. 

We also have a very good relationship with our local credit union so if the "gifting" approach is common I think we would be able to navigate those waters with them.
