I've thought about leaving the full time job but its software so I spent most of my day looking at real estate and that in itself almost feels like cash flow =pLooking to get into rental properties and sharing knowledge!

Then I will take that over to my rendering and estimating software and model up the basic building estimate.

They are all met by our current but very dated software.1) Central control of content.

This spring we're installing our new monitoring/management system in one of our student houses ... the tenants will be able to unlock the door using their smartphone {which they are less likely to loose than their keys as it rarely leaves their hands these days}.
