Mark Myslinski getting back appraisal charge

I had 5 closing dates if not more and when the final date got close( April 14th) the mortgage company called me and let mi know that this property can not be finances by conventional loan(cash only or some different kind of loan with high  interest rate) so i drop the deal.they send me my deposit today.but i also  noticed that i heave been charged appraisal charge of $440.I understand that the appraisal  company done its job and get paid for it, but why i have to pay for somebody's mistake!

This is also true for couples - never make the mistake of assuming that a couple (especially if they are not married) is on the same page, financially.

Most agents find that Re/Max has the best solution for experience agents and still great resources...I started with a small boutique brokerage, and got 0 training and I floundered for 6 months before I started to really get how it all worked...don't make the same mistake I did - in retrospect, I wasted time and lost deals because of it.
