New Investor From Dayton, Ohio

Hi BP Community,

My name is Conner Smallwood, and I am a real estate newbie from Dayton, Ohio. Like a lot of the people on Bigger Pockets, I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and it got me excited about real estate investing. Since then I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast, reading blog posts, and any real estate investment book I can get my hands on. I am very interested in buy-and-hold because I want to eventually replace my W2 income with passive income from rentals. I have not done any deals yet, but I am ready to get involved with the BP Community. If there are any Dayton area meetups happening soon, I would love to join in. Thank you!
