A little about me: I am active duty military, 21 years old and my wife is also in the military.

San Antonio is home to over 18 colleges and universities, 4 military bases, 2 major medical centers, and large employers like Toyota and USAA.

The tenant has only been in the property since February on a year lease and pays rent on time however he is in the process of getting chaptered out of the military and has discussed possibly moving out.

Maybe phase over to something new.
