Hello everyone, my name is Josh Sayre and I am a newbie currently in Hawaii right now. I have no background in real estate but I am looking to learn a lot from this great community. A little about me: I am active duty military, 21 years old and my wife is also in the military. Some of my goals include buying an apartment complex, learning more about the market and building a good life for my wife and I. I found this site after researching real estate for the past month and I am very happy I did. I hope to hear any advice and insight you may know.
