Yeah not looking for a majic wand here (LOL) just wondering if there are alternatives to listsource in this age of Big Data

How are they generating/aggregating this data?  

I do not look at price/sf to estimate values, unless it is for a larger data sample and a general market overview, or something.

My prediction will be that the results will be completely random.If 7 out of the 10 people doing this all can show concrete data that probates cause far more deals to be signed, I will stand corrected.

Algorithms are great with black and white data (bedrooms, baths, sqft, pool, etc) but understanding the grey area is what'll build your confidence. 3.
