It's much easier to do for businesses vs. individuals which is why we've been asking if there was business information we could use for verification.

There were no surprises.If you need short term, asset based (no credit check/no income verification) funding, they are a good HML option from my experience.

., people don't want competitors to know that personal information/identity..., people want to keep personal and business separate...I might get the resident agent service for $50 because that's not much...but maybe I'm missing something because I don't see it too bad to use my address for the LLC. 

The rules surrounding self-dealing are identical in both plans.
