A little background information of myself:1.)I just recently graduated from high school as an honor student who is working as an assistant manager/receptionist at a real estate firm. 2.)I have grown up participating in 6 sports(possibly irrelevant to this topic but hopefully providing you guys an impression/idea of me as well). 3.)As stated in the post subject, I am an 18 year old. 4.)I come from a family of self-employed business owners, doctors, engineers, and stock investor(s).5.)I'm quite the tech-savvy person 6.)I will be taking 13 credits of college courses at a community college in the fall semester I under this career demands a great deal of one's time but I am willing to sacrifice that time for this career by limiting my social outings.

You typically don't bid, and instead buy them directly from the taxing authority (or the law firm contracted with the taxing authority such as Linebarger or Purdue Fielder Brandon Collins and Mott).

Quick update - called around to a few more property management firms and and they stated that I should be able to rent it anywhere from $1,500 - $1,800 so the upside is there.

I was able to negotiate this somewhat as I brought 10 units right away to a firm with about 400 units under management, and they understand that I'll be bringing them further business in the future.

I have 20 years experience working in the IT field, and currently have a JOB doing just that, but some of that time I owned a consulting firm and actually got my real estate license and for 5 years listed REO properties and did some flips along the way.
