Property Management Fees

Anyone have property management in Philadelphia suburbs (Montgomery County) and willing to share rates/info? I have a portfolio of SFH that I manage myself but am considering going with a property management company for an apartment building I'm buying in 2 weeks with 13 units. I'll be adding 6-7 more units (to existing empty spaces) to make it a 19-20 unit building. Rents (after rehab) will average about $750/unit/month. Property has a property management company in place that I am considering staying with but wanted to compare their rates to see if they are competitive. Thanks!
