Hello!! I am new to the site and coming back to real estate starting up to do investing. I have 20 years experience working in the IT field, and currently have a JOB doing just that, but some of that time I owned a consulting firm and actually got my real estate license and for 5 years listed REO properties and did some flips along the way. I have a lot of real estate experience, with a little investing experience. I am looking to build cash flow as well as flip properties. I have a good start with my background and knowledge, and I still have a lot of connections in real estate. I let my license expire in October, and am thinking of getting it back to at least be able to search MLS.
