I have seen numerous burglaries and they all have always been accomplished with brute force (i.e. door kick, window break, etc).So ultimately you should just buy whatever type of locking system best suits your individual needs - whether that be the Smart Key locks, the Landlord Locks, or something else.

It's been my experience that most forced air systems never seem to adequately cool the 3rd floor in this case, at least on the really hot days.

If the house has a forced air furnace, you will want to make certain it does not deliver nor draw air from the grow room.Without these types of measures, the amount of humidity introduced by hydroponically growing 30 - 40 plants continuously over time will cause damage to any stick-built home.
