Hello, my name is Derick but I'll go by Mr Chambers. I wanting to get started in real estate investing. I a m 24 and own lawn care business while working a full time job. I don't feel like I am supposed to be a employee, I worked with a non-profit organization that taught financial literacy to children and their families. Through this organization I have changed many lives but due to the lack of pay I had to give up my 9 year career and join the work force. Many of my mentors told me it wasn't the right thing to do, they said I had to much drive and passion to work for someone. They said I would start to feel trapped. I must say they were right. After 3 years and two different companies and industries I hate it. According to my wife I'm not normal " which is fine by me " I cant be normal I refuse to, it doesn't fit me. Im goal oriented, driven and a student of life but she is normal when it comes to risk taking so the risk involved with me working for the non-profit organization is difficult for her. After 3 years I have narrowed down her true fear which is not being stable financially, so I turn to real estate investing. I'm not just doing it to get out, It has been a dream of mine for awhile now and she is actually ok with it now that I have educated her on how it allows use to have passive income. So here I am ready to dedicate my time, money and resources to building a successful real estate investing company. Some of my goals consist of first obtaining one property, then using the buy and hold strategy I plan on replacing my full time wages of 2000 per month, next I plan on raising  that amount to 5000 per month. Thereafter; the mission will be to create a solid business based around buying and holding single and multi family properties as well as raw land development and flipping. In, Advance thank You for your time and advice. Be Blessed and Be You.

Mr. Chambers
