You make a valid point Chris, where I come from in Phoenix you don't find to many MobileHomes They tend to not do well in the baking 100 Deg sun ;-) I heard good things about the Tulsa REIA I just got burned before from one of the other Gurus that came to Phoenix so now my guard is higher than normal.
