Robert Woodruff Keys to Cash Flow

Has anyone heard of Robert Woodruff with North American REIA and he also says he runs the Charleston Investors Real Estate Association and Woodruff Investing I am in the Tulsa OK area and seen on Meetup he is the speaker for the Tulsa REIA meeting tonight. My concern is after doing research on him he appears to just be another traveling Sales Pitch wanta be guru. Online he is selling his Keys to Cash Flow program for $1500 and a $47 a month membership to his non-active REIA which only seems to be a front to get people to buy his programs. From the look of his marketing he looks like the old school scammer in a cheap suit. The meeting is only $20 but I was hoping to get info on this guy before wasting my money to be sold a useless program.
