I can work with as little as a room shape and some rough dimensions, but if you have more specific dimensions, ideas on finishes/colors, etc I can get closer to what you want on an initial shot. 

Curious to know if you finished your evaluation, which ones you evaluated, and if you have any feedback you could share from your experience with each one.  

I am almost finished reading Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Robert Keller and have a question.

Coming into 2020, it appeared as if 2017 was going to be the low point for Inventory this cycle since both 2018 and 2019 finished without setting new lows. 2020 was obviously an outlier year, so unless we see another "Black Swan" event I expect 2020 to be the low point in AVG Inventory Level for a very long time.

He uses that to learn how rentals work and understand the process from start to finish.
