But it has excellent tax advantage, it is secured from creditors, it grows steadily and does not go down with the stock market, is a fantastic wealth multiplicator for your investments and on top of it provides a financial security to your family in case of your early demise.If you are interested on how to use it properly, you need to find an insurance agent who is knowledgeable on it.

The combo worked fantastically for us too.

Robuilt has some fantastic youtube videos on getting creative with properties and providing those experiences.

I love your Podcasts… the hosts and guest speakers do a fantastic job of explaining the topic at hand! 

As already mentioned, local meetups are a fantastic way to meet people in the real estate space and generally have an associated Facebook group with tons of info and a built-in network.

Seven Levels of Communication by Michael Maher is a fantastic book for starting this sort of system as a real estate agent.

You can also look into small multifamily 2-4 units as that is a fantastic way to increase both build wealth and increase the units you own quickly. 

What I would do...and I'm no genius...but I would continue to read the forums, listen to the podcasts, continue to ask questions and educate yourself more in the fantastic realm of real estate...continue to save, and maybe form a partnership with someone...maybe they have more available funds but dont want to do any rehab that might need to be done...that's where you come in..just a thought...good luck in your REI journey 🤙
