Many think to charge a hungry person for food is wrong; and so they think to charge a person "on disability" or otherwise encountering hard times for a place to live is also wrong.

Thank you @Jeff Cagle , finally decide to buy a package from Simplisafe which is on the way now. 

I bought a $300 SimpliSafe package and the vandals saw the signage out front which was an invitation to smash the electric meter (i.e. cut the power) then break in and steal the SimpliSafe system, including the motion sensor camera. 

Unless you are buying a package of properties from one seller, the logistics don't make it practical to purchase multiple properties with a single loan.

At least that’s where I stand, but I’ve encountered several others in the past that work with a completely different set of ethics in this business.....

I also personally know somebody else who he did this with who is in a similar boat to me.I didn't know about lien waivers at the time, so this was a very expensive lesson learned.I just hope this post is useful to anybody who encounters this guy
