How do portfolio loans work?

More specifically, let’s say I see five great houses that would make great rentals for 50k each.

I make five offers and get 4.

Now can I take these four contracts and show them to a guy/gal who does portfolio loans and loan on em all for 200k?

Anyone have a recommendation of a great lender who would do this?
