I have a tenant, a young family, that I have sent a letter of non-renewal to effective April 1. 

A skip trace of the phone number does sound effective.

This is having a negative effect on the market by driving up rents and driving down supply for home buyers.  

We help small and medium sized businesses accept credit/debit/checks in a more secure, and cost effective manner.

It can be a lot more time consuming but effective for someone on a tight budget looking to increase site traffic

I think that the realtor should get the money on the buy side of the house which doesn't really effect us.

Just remember that for one unit maybe it is not cost effective, but if you have multiple that an agent can manage, then you can increase the cost over the many properties.

@Patrick Liska I definitely understand their value, especially when your properties are 3 hours away.I'm sure there is an intersection point in which a percentage structure is more cost effective than a fee structure, but not for my situation at 7 properties with hardly any upkeep.

If so, how effective was it?

I am always on the side of getting your license but its not cost effective if you buy 1 or less homes/year.
