What are some tips for women that want to start investing? 

If anyone has  been through this and has any tips ideas ect... help would be greatly appreciated looking to start off a life lasting real estate career 

Invite all responses any tips important informations that you can share with a new investor.  

The most demanding agents are investors themselves but the funny thing about that is they do not want to pay anything yet have the highest liability positions to the brokerage and their E & O policies.

Their is a reason we have E & O  now the people who fib are generally buyers and sellers there is no denying that... that again is why we have insurance for when a seller intentionally does not disclose or some buyer is fibbing about thier ability to close etc.

Rooney Thanks for the tip, I saw on @Marco Santarelli website how that's a strong rental market with low entry barrier.
