I am a new investor just getting started. Basically I can benefit from any information that is given. First I would like to know if it is important to start my first property off in an LLC?

Secondly...how to buy other properties with little down, instead of 20%?  Invite all responses any tips important informations that you can share with a new investor.

Connect with local realtors, investors, and lawyers who can help too.

Thanks

Char
