Hi all I am an electrician looking to get into the real estate buisness. I am coming in some what blind to the ins and outs. I do own a home and have been through the process before. The issue I have been facing is getting a mortgage on a house that is not liveable. The houses that are liveable are out of my price range as far as the down payment and I'd rather buy it cheaper and fix it up. If anyone has  been through this and has any tips ideas ect... help would be greatly appreciated looking to start off a life lasting real estate career
