Top-rate schools, new hospitals and burgeoning tech and specialized trade activity means a lot of new families, transitioning professionals and working adults needing housing but not necessarily in the market for purchasing property.

The problem really comes down to the fact that the majority of these vacation rental platforms are not designed for enterprise use (because they're marketed towards consumers), so there's multiple proprietary systems to try to map out for someone to sync them all, rather than being built to map with the GDS (global distribution system) platforms that more traditional booking engines (Expedia, Booking.com, Travelocity, etc) use.

Let's say I have a tenant for many years who is suddenly being inconsistent with rent payments, or an adult member of the household becomes suspicious, e.g., complaints are received about an adult child's criminal behavior.

Mike-I don't think the existing design looks confused because of the window placement.

My partner & I are looking for our next house flip project.I just looked at a home in the San Fernando Valley that is a nice post modern design, but is quite dated and needs a fair amount of work.

If the tenants are young adults without children, then many of them will only use a shower (though, there might be a few occasional ones who are looking for a tub).
