With MHP's like any commercial property you will more commonly find that they go to PO Boxes, or to non descriptive mailing addresses.Depending how heavily you're targeting a specific market you can sift through this a bit.

There was no mention of the buyer being responsible for U&O in the property description and absolutely no discussion of it with the seller and her agent throughout negotiations.

The only thing in the OP's description I can see is maybe the agent talked up the potential of the basement in the other house, even if it's condition is rough.
