You can create/add customs tabs for things like reviews, your Agent Profile, IDX integration so people can view your listings, or even have integrated forms to offer free CMAs.

My properties are 45 minutes to an hour from Pittsburgh and although I have not tried to sign up with a PM in Pittsburgh (my closest option), I dont think they would be willing to make the drive and/or be as accommodating to my potential customers as I am.  

Any company that loses hundreds of millions of dollars per year doesnt exactly care if they piss of their customers.

Your customer doesn't care on whit about your company until you have a good looking rental unit.Since you posted this in the Landlord Forums, i'm going to assume that you are most interested in the rental side of advertising.  

For reference, it's stacked, with the washer on the bottom and the gas dryer on top in a custom closet, it's fully enclosed with one of those vented folding doors on it.

If you offer a service to buy a property via marketing and you cannot fulfill that service, wouldnt you be doing the customer a favor by offering more solutions.

Stay just as persistent and dedicated to helping local sellers as you currently are.

It has custom views you can display in your inbox, date fields with date pickers....you set the boxes up any way you like.
