The home inspection found very little concerns and said the crawl space foundation appeared to be reinforced during 2018 remodel which is consistent with the 2018 sales listing comment.Should I be concerned about the cracks in the stucco in the picture?

I'm not sure on that though, since she's a business customer vs a normal "general public" customer.If it does fall under ADA, ESAs (ie, for "anxiety") wouldn't qualify.
