Platform, a new idea

Dear experts in the real estate industry. We, a team of 5 Hotelschool students are shortly in need of your expertise.

We are developing a convenient, easy-to-use platform for landlords and tenants to have an insight into an intermediary outsourced property management activity, and for intermediaries to keep good relationships with their customers. 

With this platform landlords and tenants can have access to important documents, have insights on water/electricity and gas usage, have a better connection trough communication tool, have personal popups, and much more features that will be created.

Our questions to you: Is there a need for such platform within the real estate industry? Would you be interested in such platform, as tenants or landlord. If so, could you give us a brief explanation. If not, why doesn’t it interest you and what would you like or see and change within the platform to become interested?
