A small 10,000 SF single use NNN property would be very simple, whereas a large class A 1,000,000 SF multi-tenant high rise tower would be quite complex.

The global economy is very complex and intertwined.

I have developed land in Clark Co Washington that we had to put very complex septic systems in and it was a nightmare. 

Mortgage companies was a great idea, property management firms, apartment complexes, even hotels.

But real life is significantly more complex than can be boiled down into a few paragraphs online.

The fees are very low in this facility because it has been managed very well over the yearsI am curious to people's thoughts about owning more than one condo in a 45 unit complex I do manage them myself and have a local handyman who does any maintenance on them (which I have fixed up the first one completely and have not had any maintenance)Curious as to thoughts ?
