Practical education has a bigger ROI than academic education, however.Consumers view relationships somewhat competitively and otherwise for fun.

Lots of competition, especially with wholesalers.Sounds like you've got a solid grasp on some plans.

SD is such a competitive market.

NYC is too competitive for us at this point.

I'd hate to see you overpay for something just to create a competitive offer for a seller.It's not sexy, but if you don't have good cash reserves I'd focus on paying off any consumer debt you have, and building up as much cash as you can.  

The market inventory is low right so you just have to patient and consistent because there is so much competition.  

It's tough at the moment to find much that cash flows well around Richmond, lots of competition from other investors.

Anton Watt I prefer the larger rehabs as it weeds out the competition.

I've found BestBuy to be a surprisingly competitive place to show for appliances that often throw in free delivery, installation, and haul away.

Also, I suspect the HML business is more competitive now than it was when we did this project- late 2014.
