New member of bigger pockets

Hello bigger pockets community, I am a new member. I look foward to learning from all of you. Im a buy and hold investor, but im looking to do a flip. Im having difficulties since the MLS is picked clean. I have not had any luck with wholesalers in my area. I would appreciate any advice from the bigger pockets community on this problem i am having.
