Va home loan for multi family
Hello, I am new to this and want to get into real-estate. I am a vet and I looked up and seen I can use my va home loan towards a multi family home as long as I'm living in one of them. My question is has anyone ever done that before and is it a good idea to use it with 0 money down with it as well?
