Tenants don't hear the cars or the door to the garage.

After a lot of red tape with the city of Denver I'm finally near completion of an ADU (previous detached 4 car garage) that beats the 1% rule that will rent for about $1,950/month.Please feel free to reach out if you are thinking about an ADU build in Barnum, I'm more than happy to share what I've learned to help shorten the process. 

@Azeez K.Sounds like person is in GA and won’t sign with someone.What I have seen is notaries meet for example and leave documents on car and they sit in car then person signs and shows license through windshield.

Get a car loan a week later, boom consider it voided.

Now that I’m home I’m realizing I do not know if these people have inherited a house or just a car.

Sure homes are a tad cheaper in the suburbs but I now have to maintain a car or two, so car payments plus insurance, so then let’s add that cost.

With a partner I located a suitable property in Scottsdale (a ranch style house with 5 beds and 4 baths but most importantly an attached 2 car garage along with an entirely enclosed 2 story RV garage.)

Daily morning meetings of 15 minute Zoom or Skype video conferencing have made that possible and has proven to be more productive than trying to get everyone at the same conference table in person.We are able to close deals in the Bank’s parking lot (cars are minimum of 6-feet apart, lol).

I would recommend you continue to flip and build your cars while you educate yourself on the business.
