Need Help! Online Notory Service Question

Hi Biggerpocket!

I have an out of state investor reside in CA now have a property might very likely get under contract. I'm in Atlanta and the property is in Atlanta GA as well. He just expressed he doesn't want to meet anyone to sign closing and prefer signing everything online. I contacted my attorney and she said unfortunately GA doesn't allow e-notary which I think was wrong. I remember there's a order signed by our Governor in March that allow e-notary.

Does anyone know of any closing attorney that will work with us on finding a solution for my buyer? Thanks in advance!

@Azeez K.

Sounds like person is in GA and won’t sign with someone.

What I have seen is notaries meet for example and leave documents on car and they sit in car then person signs and shows license through windshield.

There are ways to social distance and still get stuff done
