Does your company offer any HELOC products for primary residence/house being hacked property?

Any suggestions on insurance companies that specialize in Homeowner Insurance for investors that have a part-time vacation home that also serves as a rental property?

I'm biased because I work for a company that helps agents do just that, and this is not a pitch (I'll not mention my company name at all,) it's a genuine ask for help.

This company called Zoom Prospector / GIS Planning does great demographic stuff in the PNW and Midwest.You can also purchase data... costs a few hundred, but may be worth it for scoping out-of-state stuff.

Does the company do leadgen?

Those companies are similar to Airbnb in the sense that individuals working with them is at their pleasure, availing chattel property for commercial purposes.

Although, if something were to come up where you couldn't live there for some reason (ie. new job or in your case, taking care of family members) you may be able to get around it.
