They are usually people you already know who have money and they want to invest their money with you in what you are doing so they aren't very familiar with charging points or getting interest paid upfront at closing or those sorts of things.

It is, unfortunately, assumed that those who serve on the HOA board are on a power trip of some sorts (and I'm not a retiree), but that is very frustrating to those of us who volunteer on the HOA board in order to keep the community well maintained.

He claimed he needed to call customer service to fix, but I think this is some sort of limitation with the VOIP service....Flag#4 - Kept asking me redundant questions that didnt make sense, showing a lack of knowledge in the lending industry.Flag#5 - Googling his name came back with a plethora of criminal cases/activity involving this name in other countries.

@Katya Holrigien I am still learning how things are done here in the state, but when I, as an owner of a personal property in Canada, was selling prior to moving here to the US, my new husband had to sign some sort of Dower release.
