Choosing my Chicago market
Hi BP
Since joining the BP community, I've been immersed in everything REI...and loving every minute! The wealth of information and education is awesome.
My challenge right now is specifying my market (here in Chicago). I've initially decided on multi family 8+ units. I want B and above areas. With so many neighborhoods here in Chicago, what's the best way for me to narrow?
Thanks

@Camille Jackson - it is going to depend a lot on your budget, that will help narrow down your options. From there I suggest seeing everything in your budget when the numbers work,
