This appears to be absurd, especially given the two facts that1) At the shareholders’ meeting in December, it is said the building’s financial health is in good shape.2) The maintenance fee has been consistently increasing for the past 5 years for a total of more than 20%.I decide to protest against this transfer fee, even rallying the other shareholders.

Sorry Ann, I used VRBO once and once only: After a rental in London that put my family's health at risk, and VRBO doing absolutely nothing about it, I would not consider using them as a source to find renters.

If the HOA has a large lawsuit, the subject has health and safety code violations, the HOA doesn't have adequate Master Insurance Policy or no reserves you won't get a traditional loan.
