VRBO Rental Agreements

So I’m new to VRBO and I’ve just listed my first property. Is it necessary for me to have a separate rental agreement with tenants in addition to my listed House Rules? If so, is this something that is handled on the VRBO site, or is it something I need to email the tenant once I agree to their booking? Any and all help would be appreciated.
