The challenge for investors with this approach is that they/we, as individual investors, have no control over the market.

Consult a Landlord/Tenant attorney for the specifics about the process and approach you should take.

They approached me & as they were both RE agents (30+ years) they decided to teach me REI.

That approaches 10%. 

He said over the years he has been brought to court a couple times over it but has won hands down each time. 

After months of work I found it, brought it to them, and got nothing.
