Hi guys. My name is Ishmael. I'm 21 years old and I'm new to BiggerPockets.com. I joined this website because I want to get started in real estate investing. 

To be honest, I was a little nervous typing this introduction because I've never done this before. I guess there's a little part of me that's kind of shy in connecting with new people, especially in unfamiliar territory, but it's also excites me. 

I hope to learn a lot from the members of BiggerPockets.com and I look forward to connecting to some of you.
