When I think of a 1 bedroom like this, I think of someone tired of living in a apartment but does not have a funds to rent out a 2 or 3 bedroom house.

The unit that I am looking at moving into is currently a section 8 unit.The lease ends August 1st, I want to make sure I give ample, and legal notification of non-renewal.Does anyone know how many days notice of non-renenwal is legal for a section 8 tenant?

We did not really do much to this system on the upgrade, had to add AFCI breakers for the bedroom addition into a modern Square D panel.Termites -- During the renovation, we noticed evidence of prior infestations, but no live termites.

It needed everything; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roof, windows, insulation, drywall, flooring, all new fixtures.I had to remove the entire second floor and rebuild it; 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
