:roll: I wish they would focus their energies the oil spill, instead of this type of thing.It applies to the exterior because if you are scraping or sanding, the lead paint dust gets in the air and can contaminate other people and their property.

Once the water was shut off (presumably in an REO situation) the water would have dried up but the mold kept growing then spread through the air to anything it could take hold of.
