I used to be in software and was dealing with this crap in the late 80s.

To me this means having a software, not necessarily a tool like a calculator or spreadsheet, but software like Blyncc.

I've done a fair amount of research on real estate investing strategies and cash flowing multi families are where I'd like to begin my journey.I am a road warrior of a Software Consultant by day and have a pretty active social life thereafter.

There are several CRM (Customer Relationship Management) softwares to choose from.

I don't know if BP's backend software is capable of this but...If all these "most repetitive questions on BP" threads are harvested, collated and indexed in a very visible / easy to access corner of the site, I bet it becomes one of the most trafficked corners of this blog.

Probably I should put away my statistical software and hire a mentor.
